Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 31 March 2026
Tenure Careers is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. We recognise that we are on a journey toward full conformance and are actively working to identify and remediate accessibility barriers.
Measures We Have Taken
The following accessibility measures have been implemented on the Platform: a skip-to-content navigation link for keyboard users; semantic HTML structure across all pages; ARIA labels and roles on interactive elements; sufficient colour contrast ratios for text and interactive components; keyboard-accessible navigation and form controls; responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes; and alternative text for meaningful images.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the Platform may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include: some dynamic content loaded via JavaScript may not be immediately announced by screen readers; certain data visualisations in the salary explorer may not have full text alternatives; and PDF documents generated by the Platform may have limited accessibility features. We are actively working to address these limitations.
Feedback and Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Tenure Careers. If you encounter accessibility barriers on the Platform or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
Email: hello@tenurecareers.io
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and to resolve accessibility issues as quickly as practicable.
Compatibility
The Platform is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. It is also designed to work with assistive technologies including screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS), screen magnification software, and speech recognition software.
Assessment and Remediation
We conduct periodic automated and manual accessibility testing of the Platform. As part of our ongoing commitment, we will conduct a comprehensive accessibility audit and publish updated findings by Q3 2026.
