Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth.

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenues to ensure financial stability.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and other relevant laws.
• Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
