Business Development Specialist

PRO Service Industry Sales People are preferred.

\- We are hiring for Business Development Executive to join our team immediately with PRO Service industry or HR Recruitment sales in KSA is mandatory.

\- Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining/developing existing accounts.

\- Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating Gross Profit

Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, to maximize profits \& develop new revenue streams.

\- Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.

\- Initiate dialogue with key decision\-makers (middle\-level managers) on products and draft a trade development strategy (both short and long term).

\- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries

\- Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing business consulting projects (Company Formations, KSA Govt. relation services, HR advisory services, KSA Immigration services, etc.)

\- Developing and maintaining productive working relationships within the team.

\- Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services

\- Work collaboratively with other lines of service and practice areas to deliver other services

\- Communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence

• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
• Driving License mandatory
• Preferred Languages: Arabic \& English

Experience:

• Business Developments: 3 years (Preferred)

Pay: ﷼7,000\.00 \- ﷼8,000\.00 per month
