At HKA, we're continuing to grow our Forensic Accounting \& Commercial Damages (FACD) practice across the Middle East and are seeking a talented Consultant or Managing Consultant to join our Riyadh office. This is an exciting opportunity for a Saudi National and fluent Arabic speaker to build a successful career within a leading global consultancy, supporting major arbitration, litigation and commercial dispute engagements across Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC and internationally.

The opportunity:

As a Consultant or Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting expert witnesses and client teams on arbitration, litigation and other dispute\-related matters. Depending on your experience level, you will be responsible for delivering financial, accounting and economic analyses and contributing to the preparation of expert reports and client deliverables.

This role offers outstanding exposure to complex, high\-value matters while providing a strong platform for long\-term career progression within HKA.

What you will be doing:

• Performing financial, accounting and economic analyses to support expert reports and client engagements.
• Assisting with, or leading, business valuations, loss assessments and commercial damages calculations.
• Analysing large and complex data sets to identify key issues and financial impacts.
• Preparing schedules, exhibits and supporting documentation for expert reports.
• Drafting clear, concise and well\-supported report sections and client presentations.
• Working collaboratively with experts, legal teams and clients across multiple jurisdictions.
• Managing project deliverables and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
• Supporting business development initiatives, networking activities and client relationship management.
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the FACD practice in the Kingdom and across the region.
