General Manager

WE’RE HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER \| DUBAI, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 10,000/month (Negotiable)

We’re looking for a hands\-on, highly organised General Manager who can step in, identify the gaps, fix the leaks, and help bring the company to the next level.

This role is not just about managing people — it’s about building structure, maintaining standards, improving accountability, and supporting the growth of the entire team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Training \& Development – Train, guide, and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Staff Standards \& Accountability – Set clear expectations and ensure employees consistently meet company standards.
• SOP Organisation \& Implementation – Create, organise, improve, and enforce SOPs across departments.
• Performance Management – Monitor team performance, identify weaknesses, and implement improvements.
• Operations \& Workflow – Make sure daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal delays.
• Identify \& Fix Gaps – Find operational “leaks,” bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas where the company is losing time, money, or productivity.
• Process Improvement – Continuously improve systems, workflows, and internal processes.
• Team Coordination – Ensure departments communicate properly and work together toward common goals.
• Quality \& Company Standards – Maintain a high level of professionalism, discipline, and service across the organisation.
• Reporting \& Follow\-Up – Track tasks, deadlines, KPIs, and outstanding issues to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Problem Solving – Take ownership of problems and find practical solutions instead of simply reporting them.
• Leadership \& Culture – Build a productive, accountable, and motivated team culture.
• Management Support – Work closely with senior management to execute priorities and turn plans into action.
