HR Executive - Male (Healthcare Experience)

Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Human Resource Business Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The role involves sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational workforce needs while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. (looking for immediate Joiner)

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
• Manage end\-to\-end Recruitment \& Staffing processes
• Lead Employee Relations and resolve workplace matters effectively
• Design and coordinate Training \& Development initiatives
• Supervise HR Administration and Leave Management processes
• Ensure full Legal Compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
• Conduct HR Data Analysis \& Reporting to inform decision\-making

Qualifications \& Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Healthcare Experience is prefered
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Experience handling multiple open roles across functions
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
• Familiarity with MS Office
