HR Manager – Restaurant Group

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 4–6 years in HR, MUST within the F\&B/Hospitality industry

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end HR operations across multiple restaurant branches.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, staffing, transfers, and employee documentation.
• Manage UAE labour compliance, visas, contracts, leave, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee processes.
• Monitor staff performance, discipline, grievances, and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
• Coordinate manpower planning and ensure branches are adequately staffed.
• Support training, performance management, and employee development.
• Work closely with management and branch managers on HR requirements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR practices.
• Previous experience managing HR for a multi\-branch restaurant/F\&B group preferred.
• Strong communication, problem\-solving, and people\-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage a large, diverse workforce.

• HR in restaurant industry: 4 years (Required)
