About the role
· Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and site safety requirements.
· Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
· Prepare and maintain Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and other HSE documentation.
· Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions for employees and subcontractors.
· Ensure safe working practices during AV, lighting, staging, rigging, electrical, installation, dismantling, and event\-related activities.
· Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and safe use of tools, equipment, ladders, lifting equipment, and electrical systems.
· Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding HSE requirements and the project documents.
· Report, investigate, and document accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
· Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, incident reports, training records, and corrective\-action logs.
· Ensure proper housekeeping and safe storage of equipment, cables, lighting fixtures, AV equipment, and other materials.
· Support site teams in obtaining and maintaining required work permits and client HSE approvals.
· Conduct regular safety audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
· Assist in preparing HSE reports and submitting required documentation to clients and project management.
· Stay updated on applicable UAE/GCC HSE regulations, client requirements, and industry best practices.
Basic Requirements:
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience of HSE \& Document controller, preferably in AV, lighting, events, construction, fit\-out, entertainment, or technical installation projects.
· Good knowledge of risk assessment, method statements, work permits, incident investigation, and site safety procedures.
· Experience working on project sites and coordinating with contractors and clients.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Ability to work with tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple departments.
· UAE/GCC project experience is an advantage.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration and related field.
Pay: AED5,000\.00 \- AED7,000\.00 per month
