About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Human Resource Business Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The role involves sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational workforce needs while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. (looking for immediate Joiner)
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Manage end\-to\-end Recruitment \& Staffing processes
- Lead Employee Relations and resolve workplace matters effectively
- Design and coordinate Training \& Development initiatives
- Supervise HR Administration and Leave Management processes
- Ensure full Legal Compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
- Conduct HR Data Analysis \& Reporting to inform decision\-making
Qualifications \& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience handling multiple open roles across functions
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
- Familiarity with MS Office
