Job Location: Dubai

We are seeking a highly skilled HRBP specializing in Performance Management, Succession Planning and Re\-implementing the work policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing employee performance, as well as designing and implementing learning and development initiatives for our manufacturing/trading unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance management strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance employee productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
• Design and facilitate training programs to support employee development and career growth.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create targeted learning plans.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance management and learning \& development.
• Support HR initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies related to performance management and learning \& development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an HRBP focused on performance management.
• Strong understanding of performance evaluation techniques and competency frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Certification in HR
