IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization’s information technology operations, infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and technical support functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable and secure IT operations, developing IT policies and standards, managing technology vendors, and identifying solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational and business objectives.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, procedures, and security controls.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Oversee technical support and ensure timely resolution of employee IT issues and service requests.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Supervise installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of IT hardware and software.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing and information security requirements.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity and data protection measures.
• Manage antivirus, firewall, backup, and data\-recovery systems.
• Conduct regular IT audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and good IT security practices across the organization.
• Manage IT vendors and service providers, including contracts, SLAs, performance, and cost effectiveness.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems that can improve operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate internal IT resources and outsourced partners.
• Manage the IT budget and ensure efficient utilization of technology resources.
• Lead IT projects and system implementations from planning through execution.

Qualifications \& Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure, systems, vendors, and technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, server management, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience working with ERP systems; Odoo experience is preferred.
• Experience implementing IT policies, cybersecurity controls, data protection measures, and business continuity plans.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent are preferred.
