Your future role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Guideway and 3rd Rail Team Leader to join our O\&M team in Riyadh, KSA. In this role, you will support the delivery of Guideway and Conductor Rail maintenance scope to maintain asset lifecycle performance, infrastructure condition and operational readiness.
What You’ll do:
- Plan, coordinate and lead maintenance teams to deliver preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance activities.
- Lead the implementation of worksite safety standards, PTW requirements, electrical isolation procedures and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) controls across maintenance teams.
- Monitor work execution and technical performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project quality and safety standards.
- Track and evaluate maintenance KPIs through data\-driven performance dashboards, regular performance reviews and analytical reporting tools.
- Provide timely onsite support for critical track related issues to restore system availability, sustain operational continuity and passenger service.
- Review operational risks, analyze asset health and degradation trends and implement optimized maintenance approach to extend asset life and mitigate recurring defects.
- Develop and implement team competency development plans to enhance technical skills and promote continuous learning through trainings and technical knowledge refresh initiatives.
- Conduct performance checks to ensure calibration, equipment health of critical equipment in compliance with project quality standards.
- Conduct periodic review of spare parts and consumables to improve availability of high consumption spares.

You should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Railway Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in track maintenance leadership role within Operations \& Maintenance (O\&M) environment.
- Strong knowledge of railway track maintenance standards, inspection regimes and asset management practices.
