Legal Counsel Bilingual Chinese/English

WE’RE HIRING: Legal Counsel / Legal Executive (Bilingual – English \& Chinese)

Are you a licensed lawyer with strong corporate experience and fluent in Mandarin \+ English?

We’re looking for someone who can operate in a fast\-paced, international environment and handle multi\-jurisdiction legal work.

IMPORTANT: Applications without Chinese (Mandarin) fluency will NOT be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead corporate legal work (incorporation, restructuring, governance)
• Draft \& review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Support regulated license applications (fintech, gaming, financial services)
• Work closely with clients, regulators, banks \& external law firms
• Handle KYC, AML \& due diligence processes
• Manage cross\-border legal matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Translate and draft documents in English \& Chinese

Who We’re Looking For

Legal Qualification

✔ Legally qualified and licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction (e.g. admitted lawyer, solicitor, attorney\-at\-law, PRC Legal Professional Qualification, or equivalent)

✔ Law degree (LLB or equivalent) is mandatory or Licensed lawyer (any jurisdiction)

✔ 2–6 years experience (law firm / in\-house / corporate services)

✔ Strong in corporate, compliance, or regulatory matters

✔ Fluent in English \& Mandarin (spoken \& written)

✔ Detail\-oriented, commercially aware, and proactive
