Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with an Events \& Exhibitions background who combines strong project\-management capabilities with a good creative eye.

The role will manage projects from briefing through execution while taking ownership of client presentations, presentation packaging, internal coordination, timelines and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage events, exhibitions, activations and related projects from brief to final delivery.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear internal project briefs.
• Coordinate with Creative, Production, AV, Operations, Procurement and other project stakeholders.
• Take ownership of presentation packaging, ensuring client presentations are complete, consistent and professionally formatted.
• Consolidate creative concepts, technical information, references, quotations and project details into presentations.
• Ensure management and client comments are accurately incorporated before submission.
• Prepare project timelines, trackers, task lists and status updates.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding approvals, changes and project requirements.
• Monitor deliverables and proactively follow up to avoid delays.
• Support site execution, installation, event operations and dismantling when required.
• Maintain project documentation, approvals, scope changes and post\-event records.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed quality, timeline and budget expectations.

Ideal Candidate

• 3\-5 years of Project Management / Client Servicing experience within events, exhibitions, experiential marketing or creative agencies.
• Strong presentation preparation and packaging skills.
• Good creative judgement with an understanding of layouts, branding, visual consistency and storytelling.
• Strong PowerPoint / Google Slides skills.
• Ability to coordinate across creative and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, client\-management and follow\-up skills.
• Strong ownership and ability to independently drive projects to completion.
• Comfortable working in a deadline\-driven environment and supporting live event execution.
• Knowledge of event production, fabrication, AV, graphics and exhibition workflows is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000\.00 \- AED7,000\.00 per month
