Role Purpose:

We are currently looking for a Senior Cost Manager for one of our iconic projects in Riyadh.

The successful candidate will be responsible for showing high levels of technical capability, sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers or cost and value; capturing and sharing knowledge and driving innovation in service.

What this job involves

Provide support to cost and commercial support in the delivery of post\-contract services.

Manage and update project budgets

Take suitable commercial meeting minutes

Use CostX, Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes to an advanced level

Work post\-contract including; being strong in contract administration, comfortable on site walks with project teams, prepare cash flow reports, draft monthly payment recommendations and weekly commercial dashboards, managing variations and assist in closing out projects and claims / variations.

Desired skills and experience for this

10\+ years of relevant working experience

Previous experience working in the Middle East, ideally in KSA

Degree in related subject (BSc Quantity Surveying)

MRICS would be advantageous but not essential.

Experience pre and post contract in project / programme delivery teams.
