Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer with strong UAE construction experience, particularly in high\-rise building projects. The candidate should have hands\-on experience in site safety management, risk assessment, inspections, incident prevention, and compliance with UAE HSE requirements. Valid SARS Card is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and project safety plans at high\-rise construction sites.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts, conditions, and potential hazards.
• Monitor high\-risk activities including work at height, scaffolding, lifting operations, crane activities, excavation, hot work, and confined spaces.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness training for workers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), PTW, inspection checklists, and HSE reports.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe occurrences and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with site safety procedures.
• Monitor subcontractor HSE performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first\-aid arrangements.
• Maintain HSE records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, Consultant, Client, and relevant regulatory authorities regarding HSE matters.

Requirements

• 4–9 years of UAE experience in Construction HSE, preferably with a main contracting company.
• Proven experience in High\-Rise Building / Tower Construction projects.
• Valid SARS Card – Mandatory.
• NEBOSH IGC is preferred; IOSH/OSHA or equivalent HSE qualifications are an advantage.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health \& Safety, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Hands\-on knowledge of work at height, scaffolding, lifting operations, excavation, PTW, RAMS, and emergency procedures.
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Pay: AED4,000\.00 \- AED10,000\.00 per month
