About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven Real Estate Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire high\-performing real estate professionals across the UAE and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the real estate industry and a proven ability to identify top talent, particularly real estate brokers, sales consultants, team leaders, and management professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and recruit real estate agents, brokers, sales managers, and support staff.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct headhunting techniques.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build relationships with real estate professionals across the UAE and GCC markets.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
• Promote the company’s employer brand and value proposition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Experience recruiting property consultants, brokers, and sales teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and social media recruitment.
• Candidate Should be native Arabic or English speaker.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network within the Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and GCC real estate markets.
• Experience in brokerage recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets.
