How your data point becomes a salary band
Each submission lands in a review queue. We reconcile it against existing bands, employer surveys, and live job posting data. A band only goes live once at least three independent sources agree within a 15% range.
Bands are tagged High, Medium, or Low confidence based on source count and agreement. Low confidence bands are clearly labelled — we'd rather show uncertainty than fake precision.
