How your data point becomes a salary band
Each submission lands in a review queue. We reconcile it against existing bands, employer surveys, and live job posting data. A band only goes live once at least three independent sources agree within a 15% range.
Every band shows the number of verified sources behind it. We don't fake precision, bands with fewer than five fresh sources are flagged for monthly re-verification, and the source count is visible on every role row.
