About the role
Accountant – Construction \& MEP
MTEC Electromechanical Works LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience.
- Strong experience in the Construction / MEP / Electromechanical industry is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of financial accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month\-end closing.
- Experience in preparing financial reports, budgets, and management reports.
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software is required.
- Experience with FirstBIT ERP and any other ERP system is highly preferred.
- Candidates who are ready to join immediately will be given preference.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
