We are seeking an exceptional AI Forward Deployed Engineer / AI Agent Engineer to drive enterprise AI adoption. The role combines AI engineering, agent development, automation, solution architecture, and senior stakeholder engagement.

The candidate will work directly with business leaders and technical teams to design, build, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimise production\-grade AI agents and agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents, copilots, and agentic workflows for enterprise use cases.
• Own end\-to\-end delivery from requirements → architecture → development → deployment → optimisation.
• Work directly with executives and business teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, mentoring, and enablement to teams building AI agents.
• Build scalable and reusable AI capabilities using LLMs, APIs, RAG, orchestration, and workflow automation.
• Advise on agent architecture, governance, security, deployment, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and continuously improve enterprise AI development practices.

Must\-Have Skills

• 3–7\+ years of software/AI engineering experience with significant hands\-on GenAI/agent development.
• Proven experience building production\-grade AI agents, copilots, or agentic applications.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, integrations, LLM APIs, and automation.
• Hands\-on experience with at least one:
• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Azure AI Foundry
• OpenAI Codex / Agent frameworks
• OpenAI Workspace Agents
• Anthropic Claude Code
• Strong understanding of:
• LLMs \& prompt engineering
• RAG
• Agent orchestration
• Tool/function calling
• Workflow automation
• AI application architecture
• Ability to independently lead technical delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice\-to\-Have Skills

• Hands\-on experience across Microsoft \+ OpenAI \+ Anthropic ecosystems.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, AI evaluation, observability, and AI governance.
• Enterprise AI transformation experience.
• Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments.
• Experience engaging directly with C\-level executives / senior business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer who can combine deep AI/LLM expertise with business problem\-solving, consulting, stakeholder management, and rapid delivery.

Experience Level

5–10\+ years overall technology experience

3\+ years in AI/ML/Generative AI preferred

Strong recent hands\-on experience in AI Agents / Agentic AI is mandatory.

Pay: AED12,000\.00 \- AED16,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
