AI Content Generator

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented AI Content Generator to join our marketing agency. This role is responsible for using AI tools to create, refine, and optimize high\-quality marketing content across multiple platforms while maintaining brand voice, accuracy, and originality.

Key Responsibilities* Create marketing content using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.

• Develop social media posts, captions, blogs, website content, ad copy, email campaigns, product descriptions, and campaign concepts.
• Write and refine effective prompts to generate high\-quality and relevant content.
• Edit, fact\-check, and humanize AI\-generated content to ensure it sounds natural and aligns with the client's brand.
• Adapt content for different industries, audiences, platforms, and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, social media specialists, account managers, and marketing teams.
• Generate creative campaign ideas, hooks, headlines, CTAs, and content angles.
• Research competitors, market trends, audience interests, and relevant topics.
• Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing performance when required.
• Maintain consistency in tone of voice and brand guidelines across client accounts.
• Produce multiple content variations for A/B testing and advertising campaigns.
• Use AI tools to improve content production speed without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on new AI content tools, prompting techniques, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• 2\+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with a marketing or advertising agency is highly preferred.
• Strong experience using generative AI tools for professional content creation.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, branding, and content marketing.
• Ability to write for different brands, industries, and target audiences.
• Strong prompt\-writing and AI content optimization skills.
• Ability to distinguish between high\-quality AI\-assisted content and generic AI\-generated content.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines in a fast\-paced agency environment.
• Knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, or content analytics is a plus.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Notion, Grammarly, Surfer SEO, or similar platforms is an advantage.
