Overview Of The Role:

• The Sales Coordinator serves as the central coordination point for the sales function, directly supporting the Head of Sales. The role is pivotal in managing workflows between departments, maintaining sales processes, and organizing team events to ensure operational efficiency. A critical focus is on the administration of AI agents within the sales team, ensuring they are successfully adopted and maintained for maximum value. The position also involves providing executive support to the Head of Sales, allowing the team to concentrate on customer engagement, pipeline advancement, and achieving commercial growth targets.

What You Will Do:

AI Management

• Administer the sales team's AI agents, including access, knowledge inputs, process updates, output monitoring, issue escalation, and enhancement coordination.
• Drive effective team usage of AI tools, provide user guidance, gather feedback, and monitor adoption, output quality, and productivity benefits.

Process and Workflow Coordination

• Ensure sales\-related workflows across Pricing, Credit, Operations, Finance, Contract Origination, and Customer Service progress efficiently, with actions, approvals, and deliverables completed within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate, current, and practical sales SOPs that support consistent execution, clear accountability, and continuous process improvement.

Governance and Reporting

• Maintain action trackers, process dashboards, meeting records, and management reports that provide timely visibility of priorities, risks, and overdue actions.

Team Events and Administration

• Coordinate sales meetings, workshops, customer events, recognition activities, and team engagement initiatives within agreed plans and budgets.
• Coordinate onboarding, training schedules, leave visibility, internal communications, document control, and other day\-to\-day team requirements.

Executive Support

• Provide confidential coordination support to the Head of Sales through diary and meeting management, agenda preparation, correspondence support, follow\-up tracking, and management of priority actions.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Proficiency in AI tools and daily application in work processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• University graduate in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with AI agent development and daily use.
• High proficiency in Co\-pilot, Co\-pilot Studio, PowerBI, Power Apps, MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Fluent in English, with Arabic as an advantage.
