About the role
Job Opportunity: Client Manager / Relationship Manager

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM GST
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM GST
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with key clients.
- Address client concerns and complaints promptly.
- Create sales plans to generate revenue.
- Engage with existing clients and manage a portfolio of 250–300 clients.
- Retain existing clients, bring in new business from existing portfolio, and generate referral leads.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have an experienc ein Busienss setup / Company Formation.
- Experience in client retention, portfolio management, cross\-selling \& upselling.
- Banking sector experience is a plus.
Qualification:
- Commerce background with a Master’s degree (MBA or M.Com).
