Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Business Development Manager - Exhibitions and Events. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing exhibition and event projects. Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing strategic business plans, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring successful execution of events. The role demands effective communication and a deep understanding of the exhibitions and events industry.

Proven ability in Business Development and Client Relationship ManagementExperience in Exhibitions, Events Management, and Event CoordinationStrong Negotiation Skills, Contract Management, and Sales ExperienceProficiency in Market Research and Business Strategy DevelopmentExcellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation SkillsAbility to manage multiple projects effectively, meet deadlines, and handle stressKnowledge of the exhibitions and events industry in the Dubai region is a plusAbility to work independently and Lead the New Business Development Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
