Business Development Manager - ICT Projects & Solutions

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our UAE ICT business by developing new customers, generating projects and building long\-term business relationships.

This is a B2B / Enterprise / ICT Project Sales role — NOT retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new ICT projects and enterprise business across the UAE.
• Identify and acquire new corporate customers and strategic accounts.
• Build strong relationships with IT decision\-makers, consultants, contractors and system integrators.
• Generate opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/pre\-sales teams on suitable solutions.
• Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, distributors and technology partners.
• Build long\-term customer relationships and continuously identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of B2B ICT / IT / Networking project\-sales experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven track record in ICT project and enterprise business development.
• Strong existing UAE network of corporate customers, consultants, contractors or system integrators.
• Good understanding of Networking, Wi\-Fi, IT Infrastructure, VoIP / Unified Communications, Security and Video Conferencing.
• Experience with brands such as Cisco, Yealink, Dinstar, Logitech, Fortinet, Aruba, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Ubiquiti, Ruijie, Grandstream, 3CX or equivalent.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self\-driven hunter mentality with the ability to generate business independently.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Important

Retail\-only IT sales experience will NOT be considered.
