About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in PR, Events, Experiential Marketing, or related industries.
The ideal candidate will have an established network and proven track record of generating new business, developing client relationships, and securing PR, corporate events, conferences, activations, and experiential projects in the UAE.
This is a commission-only opportunity. Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-driven, business development environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the UAE market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
Source and secure new PR, events, conferences, exhibitions, activations, and experiential projects.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches.
Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking opportunities, and business meetings.
Requirements
Proven UAE experience in business development within the PR, events, experiential marketing, advertising, or related industry.
Demonstrated track record of generating leads and closing new business.
Strong existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers in the UAE.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of the UAE PR and events market.
Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to work on a commission-only basis.
Existing client relationships and a strong business network will be highly advantageous.

This is a commission-based role only and does not include a fixed monthly salary.
