About the Role:

We are seeking a results\-driven Business Development Manager with yacht charter industry experience to expand our market presence and drive new business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying new markets, forging strategic partnerships, and growing our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the yacht charter sector

Build and nurture relationships with high\-net\-worth individuals, corporate clients, and travel partners

Develop and execute strategic business development plans

Represent the company at industry events and networking functions

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of business development experience in yacht charter

Strong network in the luxury travel, marine, or hospitality sectors

Proven ability to generate new business and close high\-value deals

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Self\-motivated and target\-driven

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
