Job Summary

Plus UAE Group is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Setup Consultant to join our Abu Dhabi team.

The role involves advising entrepreneurs, investors and companies on establishing and operating businesses in the UAE, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable solutions, preparing proposals and converting enquiries into long\-term clients.

This is a sales\-focused consultancy role. The successful candidate must be confident dealing with business owners and decision\-makers, generating opportunities, following up consistently and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle new business setup and corporate\-service enquiries.
• Consult clients on suitable UAE business\-establishment options.
• Understand business activity, ownership, visa and operational requirements.
• Explain licensing, government procedures and related services clearly.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations and proposals.
• Conduct client meetings, calls and online consultations.
• Generate new business through outbound sales and referrals.
• Follow up leads and quotations until closure.
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs, SMEs and corporate clients.
• Cross\-sell relevant corporate and compliance services.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow\-up schedules.
• Coordinate confirmed cases with the operations team.
• Ensure proper sales\-to\-operations handover.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain professional knowledge of UAE business and government procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of UAE Business Setup / Corporate Services / PRO Services sales experience preferred.
• Abu Dhabi market experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to convert leads into paying clients.
• Good understanding of UAE company formation and corporate services.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage.
• Arabic is an additional advantage.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and follow\-up skills.
• Good CRM and computer skills.
• Professional appearance and client\-handling ability.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
