About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Charter Sales Manager with a strong background in the yacht charter industry to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving charter sales, building client relationships, and maximizing revenue through luxury yacht charters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the charter sales pipeline
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners
Negotiate charter contracts and close deals
Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in yacht charter sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong network within the yachting and luxury travel industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast\-paced, client\-focused environment
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
