Position: ERP \& Business Systems Manager – Odoo

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment: Full\-time, In\-house

*Role Objective:*

We are looking for an experienced ERP \& Business Systems Manager to lead the design, implementation, integration, and continuous development of a centralized ERP platform for a growing group of companies operating across Real Estate \& Property Management, Contracting \& Fit\-Out, and Car Rental.

The selected candidate will act as the internal owner of the ERP system, working directly with senior management and coordinating with external Odoo implementation partners.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Assess and document existing business processes across all companies and departments.
• Design the Group’s future ERP architecture and workflows.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Odoo Enterprise.
• Integrate Accounting, CRM, Sales, Procurement, Projects, HR, Documents, Property Management and other required modules.
• Design management dashboards, KPIs and consolidated Group reporting.
• Establish multi\-company structure, approval workflows and user\-access permissions.
• Translate management requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Evaluate and manage external Odoo partners, developers and consultants.
• Ensure the company retains full ownership and documentation of all configurations, customizations and integrations.
• Conduct UAT/testing before deployment.
• Train employees and department heads.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate technical fixes.
• Continuously automate and improve business processes after implementation.
• Maintain data integrity, security, backups and appropriate access controls. Support future integrations with banking, payment systems, websites, mobile applications and other business platforms.

*Required Profile:*

• 7\+ years of ERP / Business Systems experience.
• Strong hands\-on experience with Odoo Enterprise is highly preferred.
• Must have participated in at least 2 full ERP implementation cycles from requirements gathering through go\-live.
• Strong understanding of Accounting, CRM, Procurement, Sales, Projects and HR workflows.
• Experience with multi\-company ERP environments.
• Ability to understand business operations — not only software/IT.
• Strong experience creating workflows, approval matrices, dashboards and management reporting.
• Experience managing ERP vendors and implementation partners.
• Good understanding of integrations, APIs, databases and ERP security.
• Odoo development/Python experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• UAE experience and experience in Real Estate, Contracting/Fit\-Out or Car Rental are strong advantages.

*Important:*

We are not looking for a traditional IT Support Manager, Network Engineer, or purely technical developer. We need someone capable of understanding how a business operates, translating those operations into ERP architecture, and taking long\-term ownership of the system.

Pay: AED2,000\.00 \- AED15,000\.00 per month
