About the role
We are hiring an Estimation Engineer – Renewable Energy to join our team.
The role will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and tender pricing for renewable energy projects, mainly Solar PV projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs and specifications
- Prepare quantity take\-offs and detailed cost estimates
- Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement and Project teams
- Prepare pricing sheets, cost comparisons and tender submissions
- Identify project cost risks, exclusions and value\-engineering opportunities
- Maintain updated material, labour and subcontractor cost data
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Renewable Energy Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in estimation/tendering
- Experience in Solar PV / Renewable Energy / EPC projects preferred
- Strong Excel, costing and analytical skills
- Good understanding of BOQs, drawings and project specifications
- UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage
Pay: AED4,500\.00 \- AED6,000\.00 per month
