Finance Controller & Reporting Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller \& Reporting Manager to oversee multi\-entity financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, cashflow discipline, and compliance across all group entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full monthly financial closing, journals, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, intercompany reconciliations, and expense allocations
• Monitor project/division profitability and report variances
• Manage cashflow, liquidity, receivables, payables, and treasury operations
• Ensure VAT and Corporate Tax compliance; coordinate external audits
• Supervise and guide accounting staff; ensure accuracy and internal control adherence
• Implement process improvements and ERP/system enhancements
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and commercial information

Qualifications \& Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (ACCA, CPA, CMA preferred)
• 8–12 years of finance and accounting experience, with 4–5 years in UAE preferred
• Multi\-entity financial reporting and monthly closing experience
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or project\-based environments preferred
• Strong ERP knowledge (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills
