About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail\-oriented Finance Manager to lead the Finance Department of AKA Management Consultancy. The ideal candidate must be an ACCA Member, CA or CPA, with at least 2\-3 years of experience in the UAE. This role requires a proactive professional with strong financial management, reporting, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage day\-to\-day operations of the Finance Department.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate month\-end and year\-end closings.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Support management with strategic financial planning and decision\-making.
Requirements:
- ACCA, CA or CPA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years UAE experience in a finance/accounting leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
