Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in contracting and construction companies to lead and manage the financial operations of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in project accounting, cost control, Work\-in\-Progress (WIP), cash flow management, and Letters of Credit (LCs) within a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE financial regulations
• Manage project accounting, job costing, and profitability analysis
• Monitor WIP, revenue recognition, progress billing, variations, and retention
• Handle Letters of Credit (LCs) including coordination with banks and suppliers
• Manage cash flow and optimize working capital
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors and manage audit processes
• Lead and supervise the finance team

Requirements

• CA, ACCA, or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 10–15 years of progressive finance experience
• Minimum 5 years in a Finance Manager or Finance Controller role
• Mandatory experience in contracting or construction companies
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, job costing, and WIP
• Experience in progress billing, variations, and retention
• Hands\-on experience with Letters of Credit (LCs)
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Fluent in English

Pay: AED14,000\.00 \- AED16,000\.00 per month
