About the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in F\&B/restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, accounting, Excel and POS/ERP systems.
- Manage daily finance and accounting operations for all restaurant outlets.
- Prepare monthly P\&L, cash flow, budgets and financial reports.
- Monitor sales, cash, bank transactions, supplier payments and receivables.
- Control food cost, labour cost, inventory, wastage and operating expenses.
- Manage VAT compliance, reconciliations and audit requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely supplier and salary payments.
- Review invoices, purchase orders, petty cash and staff claims.
- Analyze outlet performance and report financial variances to management.
- Strengthen internal controls and identify cost\-saving opportunities.
- Supervise and support the finance/accounts team.
