What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining front\-end and back\-end applications for diverse client projects, with a strong focus on mobile platforms.
• Building native iOS and Android applications using Swift and Kotlin respectively.
• Leveraging MobileFirst Platform (MFP) to build and extend enterprise\-grade mobile applications.
• Building and deploying scalable, cloud\-based solutions using modern technologies.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code to ensure quality and reliability.
• Collaborating with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high\-impact software solutions.
• Integrating and optimizing RESTful APIs for seamless system communication.
• Taking ownership of technical decisions and contributing to the overall project success.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive full stack developer with solid mobile experience who thrives in a collaborative, flat organizational structure. Key requirements include:

• 3\+ years of experience in full stack application development.
• Experience with Kotlin for Android development.
• Hands\-on experience with AWS for cloud\-based application deployment.
• A 'getting things done' mindset: you value efficiency, dislike unnecessary meetings, and focus on results.
• A passion for working in a flat organization where every voice matters and bureaucracy is minimal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Swift and iOS development experience, strong preference.
• Kotlin MobileFirst Platform (MFP) experience, strong preference.
• Proven track record delivering end\-to\-end mobile apps from concept to production.
