General Manager - ICT Projects & Solutions

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – ICT Projects \& Solutions to lead our UAE ICT business, manage the complete sales/business development team, and drive business growth.

This is a senior B2B/project\-focused leadership role — NOT retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete ICT sales \& business development team.
• Develop and grow the UAE ICT project business.
• Generate and close enterprise, corporate and project opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, channel partners and vendors.
• Personally lead major/high\-value opportunities and negotiations.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, margins and business development strategy.
• Coordinate with technical/pre\-sales teams to deliver complete ICT solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong OEM and distributor relationships.
• Take ownership of business growth, revenue, profitability and team performance.

Requirements

• 8\+ years of ICT / IT / Networking experience, including strong UAE market experience.
• Proven experience in B2B ICT project sales and business development.
• Previous experience leading a sales/business development team.
• Strong UAE network of corporate clients, consultants, contractors and system integrators.
• Strong knowledge of Networking, IT Infrastructure, Unified Communications, VoIP, Video Conferencing and related ICT solutions.
• Experience with brands such as Cisco, Yealink, Dinstar, Logitech, Fortinet, Aruba, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Ubiquiti, Ruijie, Grandstream, 3CX or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, commercial, negotiation and relationship\-management skills.
• Proven ability to generate business independently.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Important

Retail\-only IT sales experience will NOT be considered.

Competitive Fixed Salary \+ Profit Sharing
