Euro Systems LLC is a leading contracting and engineering company specializing in Aluminum \& Façade, Architectural Metal Works, Glazing, Interior Fit\-Out, Home Automation/ELV, and related engineering services across the UAE and GCC.

We are looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager with strong expertise in contracting finance, project cost control, contract management, Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, cash\-flow management, and financial reporting to lead and oversee the Group's finance operations.

Job Summary

The Group Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the overall financial operations of the Group, with a strong focus on contract/project finance, cost control, contractual financial obligations, banking facilities, cash flow, budgeting, and profitability.

The ideal candidate must have 15–18 years of experience, including substantial experience in the UAE contracting/construction industry.

The successful candidate should have extensive hands\-on experience with construction contracts, project costing, cost control, LCs, Bank Guarantees, project financial analysis, variations, claims, retention, advances, and final accounts.

This is a senior management position requiring strong commercial awareness and the ability to work closely with Senior Management, Project Managers, QS, Commercial, Procurement, Operations, Banks, Clients, Suppliers, and Auditors.

Key ResponsibilitiesGroup Finance Management

• Oversee the complete finance and accounting functions of the Group.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls, accounting procedures, and reporting systems.
• Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team across different business divisions.
• Review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and financial performance.
• Monitor the financial position and performance of the Group's projects, divisions, and companies.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to Senior Management.

Contract \& Commercial Finance

• Review construction and contracting agreements from a financial and commercial perspective.
• Analyze contractual payment terms, advance payments, retention, liquidated damages, warranties, guarantees, and other financial obligations.
• Monitor the financial impact of contract variations, claims, back charges, deductions, and additional works.
• Coordinate with QS and Commercial teams to ensure proper financial recognition and monitoring of contractual changes.
• Monitor project billing, collections, retention, advances, and outstanding contractual amounts.
• Identify financial risks arising from contracts and provide recommendations to management.

Project Cost Control

• Establish and monitor project budgets, cost codes, cost centers, and project financial controls.
• Monitor actual project costs against approved budgets and identify variances.
• Control and analyze material, manpower, subcontractor, production, equipment, logistics, and other project costs.
• Monitor project commitments, accruals, actual costs, and forecast costs.
• Prepare cost\-to\-complete and estimated final cost reports.
• Analyze project profitability and identify margin erosion or potential cost overruns.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Planning, QS, Procurement, Production, and Operations teams to improve cost control.
• Develop and monitor project cost\-control KPIs and financial performance indicators.

Letters of Credit (LC)

• Manage the complete financial process related to Letters of Credit.
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, procurement, and internal departments for LC issuance and documentation.
• Review LC terms, conditions, expiry dates, amendments, discrepancies, and bank charges.
