Build, lead \& scale a high\-performing sales team

Develop and execute aggressive, growth\-focused sales strategies

Drive revenue and consistently achieve business targets

Recruit, coach \& develop high\-potential Property Consultants

Build and maintain strong relationships with leading developers

Track performance, improve productivity \& establish accountability

Identify new opportunities to expand the business and market presence

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔ 5\+ years of UAE real estate brokerage experience

✔ Proven experience in leading real estate sales teams

✔ Strong understanding of the Dubai property market

✔ Demonstrated success in driving sales and team performance

✔ Excellent leadership, negotiation \& business development skills

✔ A commercially driven mindset with a strong focus on results
