International Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an International Business Development and Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive global business growth, develop international partnerships, and expand the firm’s presence in overseas markets. The role will focus on building relationships with international accounting, tax, audit, and consulting firms and converting networking opportunities into long\-term business engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
• Build strategic partnerships with overseas accounting, tax, audit, and consulting firms.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the firm’s global presence.
• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with international clients and partner firms.
• Manage global alliances and cross\-border business engagements.
• Generate, follow up, and nurture leads from networking and business development activities.
• Represent the firm at international conferences, summits, and networking events.
• Plan event participation, schedule meetings, and maximize business opportunities from events.
• Conduct presentations and business pitches to prospective clients and partners.
• Monitor international market trends and identify new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• English and any one European language is mandatory.
• Proven experience in international business development, strategic partnerships, business partnerships, or relationship management.
• Experience working with tax, accounting, audit, or consulting firms is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for business meetings, conferences, and networking events.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field.

Pay: AED3,234\.31 \- AED16,139\.38 per month
