About the role
Nepternship is connecting qualified students with a potential investment banking summer analyst opportunity at a bulge bracket investment bank in Dubai for Summer 2027\. A role would offer hands\-on exposure to M\&A advisory, capital markets execution, and financial modelling across active live deal teams in the DIFC. Interns could work directly alongside associates, vice presidents, and managing directors and gain real\-world experience in investment banking that goes well beyond the classroom.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in\-depth industry research, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction screens to support active M\&A and capital markets mandates across the Middle East
- Draft pitch books, management presentations, and client memoranda for review by senior bankers
- Assist with financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence across live transactions
- Prepare materials for client meetings, bake\-offs, and deal closings
- Collaborate with product and coverage teams on transaction strategy and client communication
Qualifications
- Finance, Economics, or Accounting major
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling
- Familiarity with valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparable companies)
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills
Pay: AED115\.00 \- AED145\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40\.0 per week
