Key Account Manager-Telecom & Networking

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow key accounts across the UAE market, with a strong focus on Telecom, ICT, and Networking products.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within the UAE market, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic account management, client acquisition, and proactive lead\-generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage and expand key B2B customer accounts across the UAE

✔ Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross\-selling Telecom, Networking, and IT infrastructure solutions.

✔ Promote networking equipment, telecom services, ICT products, and related technology solutions

✔ Execute targeted email marketing and lead\-generation campaigns to create new business opportunities

✔ Develop strong relationships with decision\-makers, procurement teams, and key stakeholders

✔ Conduct client meetings, presentations, solution demonstrations, and commercial negotiations

✔ Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

✔ Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates

✔ Collaborate closely with pre\-sales and technical teams to develop customized customer solutions

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field

✔ Minimum 5\+ years of experience in ICT, Telecom, Networking, or Technology Sales

✔ Strong knowledge of telecom and networking products and solutions

✔ Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth

✔ Experience in email marketing, outbound prospecting, and lead\-generation activities

✔ Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

✔ Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage
