Leasing Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the leasing team to achieve monthly targets
• Manage daily leasing activities, leads, viewings, negotiations, and closings
• Develop strategies to increase leasing performance and revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Monitor team KPIs, performance, follow\-ups, and CRM activities
• Support team members in negotiations and closing challenging deals
• Ensure accurate property listings and strong market knowledge
• Recruit and develop new leasing consultants when required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate leasing
• Previous experience in a Team Leader / Senior Leasing role
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market
• Proven track record of achieving leasing targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong network of landlords and property owners is an advantage
• Target\-driven, energetic, and professional
• Immediate joiners preferred
