We are looking for an experienced Luxury Property Sales Specialist to join our high\-performing Abu Dhabi team. This role is ideal for a confident, commercially driven real estate professional who understands the luxury market and knows how to build trusted relationships with high\-net\-worth clients.

The Opportunity

As a Luxury Property Sales Specialist, you will represent some of Abu Dhabi's most desirable residential properties and investment opportunities. You will work closely with discerning buyers, investors, property owners, and developers, providing a highly personalized and professional service throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialize in the sale of luxury and premium residential properties across Abu Dhabi.
• Build and maintain relationships with high\-net\-worth individuals, investors, property owners, and corporate clients.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, events, digital leads, and existing client relationships.
• Develop a strong pipeline of qualified luxury property buyers and investors.
• Understand clients' lifestyle preferences, investment objectives, and property requirements.
• Provide expert advice on luxury properties, market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct private property viewings and professionally present premium properties.
• Create tailored property recommendations and investment opportunities for clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial consultation through negotiation and successful completion.
• Negotiate offers and transaction terms professionally and effectively.
• Develop strong relationships with property developers, landlords, investors, and industry partners.
• Maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality when dealing with clients.
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's luxury property market, new developments, launches, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently manage follow\-ups and sales pipelines.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Requirements

• 2\+ years of proven UAE real estate sales experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Previous experience selling luxury, premium, or high\-value properties is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's residential and luxury property market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high\-value transactions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship\-management skills.
• Professional, polished, and confident personality.
• Strong network of buyers, investors, or property owners is an advantage.
• Ability to work with high\-net\-worth and international clients.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic and/or additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• Strong business\-development mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
