Marketing Specialist - Real Estate

We are hiring: Marketing Specialist \- Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging marketing materials (social media posts, brochures, banners, ads, presentations, etc.).
• Create visual content aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns.
• Design creatives for digital platforms and print materials.
• Ensure consistency in designs across all channels.
• Edit and enhance images, layouts, and visuals as needed.
• Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content.
• Create videos for social media, websites, ads, and promotions.
• Capture events, interviews, property tours, and marketing campaigns.
• Edit videos with effects, transitions, color correction, and sound.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on content ideas.
• Manage video equipment and ensure high production quality.
• Meet deadlines while handling multiple projects

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of lighting, framing, camera techniques \& social media design standards.
• Experience with social media video formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong creativity skills.
• Experience in UAE market is a plus.
