We're hiring experienced UAE building materials sales professionals with an existing network of developers, contractors, MEP firms, fit\-out companies, and civil contractors. If you've spent 5\+ years closing deals in Dubai's construction supply chain, we want to talk to you.

Reports to: Sales Manager

What You'll Do

• Drive outdoor sales strategy to hit monthly/annual targets across the UAE building materials market
• Acquire and manage relationships with developers, contractors, MEP/fit\-out companies, and civil project teams
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and demand shifts to spot new opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams on quotations, deliveries, and post\-sales support
• Own the full sales cycle: quotation → negotiation → closing → payment follow\-up
• Mentor junior sales staff as needed
• Report weekly/monthly on performance, client feedback, and market insights

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years UAE\-based outdoor sales experience in building materials (non\-negotiable)
• An active book of contacts — developers, contractors, consultants, project managers
• Strong grasp of the UAE construction and building materials landscape
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable working independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license \+ own vehicle (preferred)
