Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate projects from start to completion.
• Develop project schedules, work plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, budget, resources, and timelines.
• Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Manage project teams and assign responsibilities effectively.
• Review BOQs, quotations, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor site activities and ensure proper coordination between different trades and departments.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, and issues and take appropriate corrective action.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports and other required documentation.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Manage variations, additional works, and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and project procedures.
• Ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5\+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction, fit\-out, exhibition, events, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, cost control, and resource management.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and project teams.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and project management software.
• Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
• Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines and changing requirements.
• Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Experience

Experience in fit\-out, exhibition, interior works, construction, production, or event\-related projects will be an advantage.
