About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly qualified Project Manager to lead and manage major construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in construction/project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large\-scale projects within budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall execution of construction projects from mobilization to completion and handover.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and technical issues.
• Implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions to maintain project progress.
• Manage project costs, variations, claims, and commercial matters in coordination with the commercial team.
• Ensure compliance with approved quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure effective manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor planning.
• Review and approve method statements, work programs, and project execution plans.
• Monitor the performance of consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Resolve technical and contractual issues in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Ensure proper project documentation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Lead project close\-out activities and ensure all contractual requirements are fulfilled.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management,
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in construction and project management.
• Proven experience managing large\-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, cost control, and project execution.
• Experience working with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in major infrastructure, commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed\-use construction projects will be highly considered.
