Relationship Manager Hiring

We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven "Relationship Manager\-multilingual" preferably strong background in banking and trade finance to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining long\-term relationships, identifying client needs, and offering tailored financial solutions related to trade finance products such as letters of credit, bank guarantees, and structured finance instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, partnerships, etc.
• Act as the primary contact for all client interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and in a timely manner.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored trade finance solutions
• Ensure proper onboarding of new clients by assisting with end\-to\-end documentation, KYC, compliance, and operational setup.
• Identify opportunities to promote and cross\-sell additional trade finance instruments or services to existing clients.
• Escalate complex matters to senior management and coordinate with relevant departments until satisfactory closure.
• Maintain an updated pipeline with detailed stages, client status, expected closures, and follow\-up actions.
• Submit sales reports in accordance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and reporting schedules as may be prescribed
• Work closely with the internal team to support deal execution, participate in team meetings, and provide constructive client feedback.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With 2\-3 experience in a relationship management / sales role preferably within a bank or trade finance institution.
• Proven ability to manage high\-value client relationships and generate new business.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Multilingual

Pay: AED4,000\.00 \- AED4,500\.00 per month
